General Data Processing Principle
We collect, anonymize or encrypt your Personal Data in such a way that it cannot be used to identify your identity.
Data access
Personal data that you enter in the registration form on the platform is encrypted multiple times. The key to them is not accessible. We never provide this data to anyone. Even the community administrator (leader) does not have access to your personal data. Communication with you on behalf of the administrator is carried out through built-in platform methods. This means that neither we nor the community administrator (leader) sees your contacts. Detailed clarification (the rest of the text until the end of the paragraph should be embedded in the link below this phrase). The community administrator, working with the database, sees only the name randomly generated by the system for you in the database. The community administrator will send messages to the e-mail address you provided in the registration form. At the same time, he does not see your phone number or e-mail address, and sends letters through services integrated into the database - mailings.
Exceptions:
- The avatar photo uploaded by you to the platform is available to all platform users.
- The information from the “About Me” field in the registration form is available to all platform users. Please note that in this field, you should only enter information that can be publicly available.
- Data from the fields of the registration form such as “Country”, “Employment Form”, “Field of Activity”, “Place of Work” - are visible to the community administrator when working with the database (but not visible to regular community members or platform users).
